JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND DUTIES
Host Family Recruiter
● Assist potential volunteer families in the completion of their requirements for application.
● Assist in developing and carrying out the marketing plan within an assigned geographical area.
● Willing to work evenings and weekends to meet with families who cannot meet during regular working hours.
● Organize and Attend weekend recruiting Events.
● The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desired outcome to our organization
● Recruit a minimum of thirty (30) volunteer families annually.
*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;*
● Facilitate the timely placement of J-1 and F-1 exchange students with host families who will attend high school for a semester or full academic year. ·
● Work with your supervisor, the Program Manager, and Program Director to create a development plan for the region, which includes recruitment and regional training meeting for LCs. ·
● Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing, recruitment, public relations, and strategies to ensure the availability of qualified applicants ·
● Coordinate recruitment needs. ·
● Will gather all information necessary to complete a CBC. · Analyze, respond to, and resolve recruitment issues ·
● Bi-weekly supervision meetings with supervisor · Will keep a narrative on each family inquiry.
● Complete the Tracking form on Trello
● Work closely with the staff in the HQ office through regular email, phone, and Teams communication.
● Resolve the issues related to the high school exchange program.
● Prepare reports for the program supervisor
